"Server Error" for Application Upgrading

There is time you will be requested by the system alert saying you should upgrade the application that you have installed. And there is time that you might got a "server error" showing that the application is not successfully upgraded.

Try to rollback the installation as indicated on the screen and then try again. If it still fails, you should roll it back and try to remove any plug-ins. You may have an incompatible ad-on causing the issue.

Canceling Free Hosting Domain

If you have setup a free hosting domain in your Economic Hosting account, you would first need to cancel the free hosting
account you have setup for this domain. Once canceled, it typically
takes up to 24 hours for this domain name to become available for
another hosting plan. After this time frame, you would be able to add this domain name to your Deluxe or unlimited hosting plans. Once added, you can install Drupal.

1. Click My Product/Hosting.
2. Check box next to the account you need to cancel.
3. Click the Cancel Account button.
4. Click the green Save Changes button to confirm the cancellation. This will delete any files and emails that you have stored within that hosting account on the server.

I will suggest that you make copies of any files you want to keep before deleting your account. Canceling a hosting account is permanent and all information associated with the account is lost.

Installing Applications for The 2nd Domain

If you like to install Drupal on the 2nd domain on your account. You can install Drupal directly on the URL, eg. tdcbs.org, by leaving the folder/directory box empty when you are doing the install.

If have installed Drupal in a folder and you like to change it but you do not want to reinstall Drupal, you can use the Redirect Manager in the hosting control center to direct visitors to www.tdcbs.org directly to tdcbs.org/drupal automatically. The link below explains how to setup this feature:
